Rates

Dr Roos is contracted into most major medical aid schemes. Accounts can be submitted directly from the practice to your medical aid. Private fees are charged in accordance with Healthman Psychiatry Costing Guidelines, you will be sent an account after the consultation to settle promptly. Please contact us to enquire about private rates.

You remain responsible for your account if the medical aid rejects the claim.

Missed appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged for in full. We reserve the right to charge you (not your medical scheme) the consultation fee as a cancellation fee, as we have kept the slot open for you and could not assist another patient.
